The Brooklyn Italians Parent Committee
The mission of the Brooklyn Italians Parent Liaison Committee is to enhance communication, understanding, support and involvement amongst the Brooklyn Italians’ administration, coaches, managers and parents.
Our coaches and team managers dedicate the majority of their time to help our children develop their skills and abilities. Their focus should be on just that, teaching the children of the club to play soccer, not organizing events or fundraisers. We feel those responsibilities would be best addressed by the parents of the club.
The primary goal of the Parent Committee is to provide activities and programs that encourage participation and unity within the club.
The role of the parent committee representatives is mainly
- To organize social functions
- To establish fund raising opportunities
- To be a point of contact for the parents
- To improve communication between the parents and the club
As a parent/guardian of a Brooklyn Italians player you are automatically a member of the Brooklyn Italians Parent Committee and are invited to participate.
We are looking forward to meeting you, and discussing your ideas and concerns. Below is the contact e-mail for the Parent Committee.
