BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The goal of the Academy is to introduce soccer to new players. New Players are provided the proper instructions and motivational environment where they can progress in the sport. This introduction to the sport by the Academy will provide an advantage for players looking to play competitively in our Travel Club program.
$200 Registration Fee (Including Academy T-shirt)
Place: John Dewey High School, 2475 Stillwell Avenue (Entrance on Stillwell Ave. and Harway Ave.)
Starting: December 4, 2011
Every: Sunday afternoon starting at 1:00 PM
-Players must wear the following:
Official Academy T-Shirt
Shin Guards
Sneakers
-You are required to bring a size #3 soccer ball to every practice.
-Arriving on time is very important so the players can find their group and coaches.
-Parents or Guardians must be present during the entire practice. This is not a drop-off program.
-Absolutely no pets are allowed at the training facility.
-It is important that parents or guardians do not instruct the players while they are training. The coaches must remain the instructor for the entire session.
-Parents or Guardians may not run on the field. We also ask that any other children not participating in the Academy do not run on the field as well.
-The training facility must remain clean. It is extremely important that we maintain the facility so that we can continue to have our program.
-For practice cancelations or weather related cancelations, please check your email and club’s wensite
-We would like to make the player’s introduction to soccer a positive one. Please help make the environment a fun and positive one!
